Barry Bainz LLC provides educational content, mentorship, and coaching on building Google Business Profile storefronts (the Freelance Middleman model), ranking those listings, sourcing and vetting licensed subcontractors to fulfill jobs, and operating a local-service customer-acquisition business as a freelance middleman.

Our services include one-on-one and group calls, program/course content, and community resources, delivered according to the specific program tier you enroll in.

3.Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Reside in the United States, or another jurisdiction where our program is legally available to you

Any testimonials, case studies, or examples referenced on our website, in our marketing, or during calls are not typical and do not guarantee that you will achieve similar results.

Barry Bainz LLC makes no promise, representation, or guarantee of any specific income, profit, call volume, or financial outcome from participation in our program.

This is an educational and mentorship program. Your results depend entirely on your own effort, decisions, and execution. We do not offer or imply a "get rich" or passive-income opportunity.

5.Booking & Calls

Scheduling a call with us does not constitute enrollment in any program. Calls are used to determine fit and answer your questions.

By booking a call, you agree to:

• Attend at the scheduled time, or provide advance notice if you need to reschedule
• Understand that repeated no-shows may result in forfeiture of your scheduled slot and limit your ability to book future calls

6.Payment & Program Enrollment

Program fees and available payment plan options are not published on this website. Because our program is a Done-With-You mentorship, not a self-serve product, pricing is presented directly to you during your enrollment call, after we have had the opportunity to evaluate whether you are a fit for the program.

If you are extended an offer to enroll, you will be provided full pricing, payment plan terms, and what is included before you are asked to pay anything.

7.Intellectual Property

All content provided as part of our Services, including but not limited to videos, scripts, training materials, frameworks, the Storefront System methodology, and any proprietary terminology, is owned by Barry Bainz LLC.

You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or publicly share this content without our prior written permission.

8.User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our website, forms, or communications, including by:
